Together, we deliver cutting-edge digital services across performance marketing, accessibility, conversion optimisation, user experience, and analytics. Alongside these, we are building Tend, our consumer facing ecommerce brand.
We are looking for a digitally savvy Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our social media presence across the REO Group and Tend. This is a hands on role focused on building brand awareness, audience engagement and demand through organic and paid social. There is already an established email, outreach and campaign function, this role will complement that by focussing on social media channel activity.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing social first strategies across multiple brands with very different audiences, from B2B decision makers to B2C ecommerce customers. You will work closely with designers, consultants and leadership to turn expertise, insight and product stories into high performing social content and campaigns.
This role suits someone who understands how social media drives growth, enjoys balancing creativity with performance, and is confident operating across both agency and ecommerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or audiences
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C social media dynamics
- Hands on experience with organic and paid social across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
- Experience supporting ecommerce growth through social content and campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and format by platform
- Data led mindset with a focus on testing, learning and optimisation
Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Own and manage the social media presence across REO Digital, Arc Inclusion, Skittle and Tend
- Define platform specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant channels
- Plan, create and publish organic social content tailored to each brand and audience
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns to support awareness, lead generation and ecommerce performance
- Continuously test formats, messaging and creative to improve engagement and results
Ecommerce and Tend Growth Support
- Support the growth of Tend ecommerce website through social first campaigns and content
- Work with internal stakeholders to translate product value into compelling social narratives
- Use social media insights to inform offers, messaging and onsite content
- Track and report on social driven traffic, engagement and conversion performance
Campaigns, Content and Outreach
- Automate and configure a scalable campaign execution framework for all social channels
- Collaborate with email marketing, designers and consultants to develop campaign ideas and assets
- Repurpose long form content, insight and case studies into high performing social formats
- Support email and outreach campaigns that align with social activity and wider growth goals
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand standards across all channels
Reporting and Optimisation
- Track performance across social, ecommerce and campaign activity
- Report on results against agreed KPIs and use insight to refine strategy
- Maintain strong data hygiene and audience segmentation across platforms
Desirable
- Experience working in a digital agency
- Experience with digital services such as CRO, UX, SEO, or analytics
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, WordPress, Jira
- An interest in inclusive marketing and accessibility is a plus
